Pricing Structure and Payment Terms

AB Travels operates under a transparent and straightforward pricing structure to ensure clarity and fairness for our clients. Our pricing and Payment Terms are based on the services provided and the level of customization required for each travel experience.
Travel Consultancy and Management Fees

Pricing Structure
At AB Travels, we understand that each client's travel preferences and requirements are unique. Therefore, we offer customization options and flexibility in our pricing to accommodate varying needs and budgets.
1. Flat-Fee Pricing:
Certain services offered by AB Travels are subject to a flat fee, which covers the overall cost of services that includes research and planning, basic travel itinerary creation, collaboration with vendors and clients, and ongoing support for the duration of trip planning. This option focuses on arranging essential components of your trip, such as transportation and accommodations, and an outline of key activities or attractions to visit with limited customization and limited involvement in the planning process. Details of the flat fee for specific services will be outlined in the agreement.

- For groups of 4-5 people: $500*
- For groups of 6-10 people: $750*
- For groups of 11+ people: $100 per person*
A flat fee is based on the complexity and length of the trip, and the number of guests. $500 is the typical fee for a one-week trip to one destination for up to 5 people. Longer trips, additional travelers, multi-destinations, or last-minute planning will incur additional fees.
2. Percentage Based Pricing:
In addition to flat fees, AB Travels may charge a percentage of the total trip cost as a booking fee. A percentage pricing structure will be applied for comprehensive travel planning services and is calculated based on the total cost of the trip.
Comprehensive planning encompasses every aspect of the travel experience, which includes extensive research and activity planning, customized itinerary creation, dining recommendations, transportation booking assistance, hotel accommodations, client support and assistance before, during, and after the trip, including 24/7 availability to address any issues or concerns.
(Percentages-Based Pricing per Trip)
- For groups of 4-5 people: 20% of total trip cost
- For groups of 6-10 people: 17% of total trip cost
- For groups of 11+ people: 15% of total trip cost
A Percentage is based on the complexity and length of the trip, and the number of guests. 20% is the typical fee for a one-week trip to one destination for up to 5 people. Longer trips, additional travelers, multi-destinations, or last-minute planning will incur additional fees.
Payment Terms
Our payment terms are designed to provide a structured approach to billing, ensuring transparency and clarity throughout the planning process. Here's a breakdown of the payment schedule:
1. Initial Deposit: Upon signing the agreement, a 25% initial deposit is required to initiate the planning process. This deposit secures our services and allows us to begin organizing your trip.
2. First Payment: Following the finalization of the itinerary and confirmation of major bookings, 25% payment of the remaining balance is due 150 days before the departure date. This payment is used to cover vendor deposits, including hotels, tours, and activities.
3. Second Payment: To ensure final reservations and additional vendor costs are secured, 50% of remaining balance is due 90 days before the departure date. This payment reflects the progress made and the completion of significant milestones in the planning process.
3. Final Payment: The remaining balance of 25% is due upon completion of all planning services and 30 days before the trip departure date.
4. Payment Options: We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as PayPal and ApplePay
